I guess I'll start from Christmas. So after our Hawaii trip our camera was broken from all the sand, so for Christmas I got a new camera. I love it! It's been super fun! The boys got spoiled of course. They had such a fun day! They make Christmas so much fun! Here are the boys showing off some of their spoils. <br />

Next would be Lukey's 4th birthday. I am trying to do a big party for their birthday every 4 years so that the parties fall on the big birthdays like 4,8,12,16. Anyways, this year was Lukes turn and he wanted a Mario party. This kid loves Mario and video games so I decided to give it a try. It ended up pretty darn cute. I made each boy a hat. Luke of course was Mario, Ethan was going to be Luigi (but he fell asleep during the party so we let Luke best friend be him) Seth was Wario, and the rest of the friends were Toadies. We started by making Mario carts out of boxes and racing downstair. Then we played all the games. There was the ghost bean bag toss, pop the gumbas, find yoshi's eggs, and the bomb pinata. In each of these there were gold coins to collect just like on the games, so the boys thought it was pretty awesome!</div>

Lukey loves anything Mario, and loves to play outside with his best buddy Rhett. He's getting super fast on his big boy bike, and likes to play/fight with his brothers. He is the cutest little 4 year old I know. And he is my best hugger. Lukey is quite the lovey boy and we love him so much!</div>

Next I just have to say thank goodness two year olds are so cute, otherwise their messes wouldn't be nearly as fun to clean up. :) Ethan has been bringing out all his two year old business. Some of my favs. are when he gets my muffin tin out and fills it with cereal. </div>

So Funny!!!</div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
He also loves wearing this tigger costume, he even had to wear it the the Easter egg hunt this year. :)These last two just show some of the things he does to keep busy like playing in the flour while I was making pie and putting on some beautiful bright pink lipstick (which he thought was pretty scary once he saw himself in the mirror).</div>

But with a face like this handsome devil who can resist the cuteness?!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
One last note of info....we just found out we are having a girl!!! I know I know I am so excited! We are due the first week in August, but the day doesn't matter cuz I'm planning on the end of July. ;) We'll see how it goes. Until then I'm picking out anything pink and purple I can find!</div>

Lastly, Easter was wonderful. The boys got their super handsome church clothes from Grandma LeeAnn. They also had a super fun time finding eggs and flying their new kites. </div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-135481825048837572011-12-03T19:27:00.001-08:002011-12-03T20:08:21.232-08:00Catch up on the rest of 2011......<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY3M8EMb0q175MLdM0Zv76GsK_eEIiLSzQvH3C3hxum-nj2-yGeHrM-wHwmu2m9T4kYjG2Vou1HgMKHE_Ks1SR02_b8aECfoKzWj_ODhFt43D6gGHGc9vJQZt74oLfvvsiV4LA7tUtWa_I/s1600/P6031008.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY3M8EMb0q175MLdM0Zv76GsK_eEIiLSzQvH3C3hxum-nj2-yGeHrM-wHwmu2m9T4kYjG2Vou1HgMKHE_Ks1SR02_b8aECfoKzWj_ODhFt43D6gGHGc9vJQZt74oLfvvsiV4LA7tUtWa_I/s200/P6031008.JPG" width="200" /></a>Well, I've been a major slacker so I'm going to attempt to sum up the whole
year in one post! We'll see how this ends up...I'm afraid it's going to be a
long one. I guess I'll start just after Brad's birthday which was way back in
April. Whoa. Anyways, we spent our summer swimming in Rigby Lake,
playing with friends, and riding our bikes. I finally got a baby seat on my
bike so now we can all go. Woo Hoo! <br />

I can't
believe he is that old! He had a great birthday and wanted a transformer cake,
so I let the professionals at Broulim's help me out with that one. I know, I
know I sold out, but I knew I couldn't make what he wanted. I've also been busy
crocheting. We (my mom, my sister-in-law Ashlee, and I ) started selling
crocheted hats at a store here in Rigby. That kept me busy a lot of the summer.
Surprisingly enough, people bought them all year. So here are a few I made for
my neighbors kids and mine.<br />

We attempted our first camping trip this summer as
well. My family camps at Bear Lake about every year, so this year I really
wanted the boys to experience camping. Summer is Brad's busiest time, so he
couldn't make it with us, and I thought I could handle one day by myself. My family
was all there of course so that was super helpful, but it was hard to keep all
the boys out of the fire and not lost. We did all survive, but I couldn't sleep
all night in our tent, because I thought we were going to get eaten by a bear.
We also went to Minatonka Cave which Seth just loved! Luke liked it the whole
way in, and didn't like it the whole way out. Ethan stayed out with my uncle
which was a life saver.<br />

He knows all his ABC's and is starting to read. I am so proud of my little

are finally getting the hang of it. He goes everyday half a day in the
afternoons. </div>

We had an awesome Halloween this year! We dressed up as Batman characters.
(I have to give most of the credit to Caranna, cuz she did this with her family
not too long ago, and we loved it!) Anyways, Luke was Batman (of course), Ethan
was Robin, Seth was two-face, and I was Poison Ivy, Brad was going to be Mr.
Freeze, but he had to work too late. Seth has been asking to be two face ever
since last Halloween, so he was super excited when his face turned out so cool.
He loved it! I ended up taking them all to King's because they were having a
costume contest, and Seth ended up winning 2nd place! He got a $30 gift card to
King's and spent it on 2 toys for himself and one for each brother. He's the
best big brother ever! He really is as sweet as he sounds.<br />

The second week of November is going down in the history books. We (me and
Brad, and our friends the Barton's and the Smith's) went on vacation to Hawaii!
I know! It's just crazy! I can't believe we actually got to go there. And let
me tell you it is all I ever dreamed it would be. We spent 6 days on the Big
Island, and 3 days on Oahu. The whole trip was amazing from the air plane ride
to snorkeling (this was my first time on a big plane) :) I have never seen such
cool things. My favorite was seeing the sea turtles while we were snorkeling.
They were just right there by us! We did some amazing things while we were
there; one highlight was a manta ray dive. We were so close to them that they
would bump us sometimes, and they were huge! I also loved playing in the giant
wave on Sunset Beach. We couldn't stop laughing it was so fun! We went to the
Polynesian Cultural Center (which was amazing) and Pearl Harbor, we also went
to see the volcano, and where it erupted and covered a whole subdivision not
too long ago. I had a wonderful time, but I missed the boys like crazy! I would
call every night to see how they were doing, but I couldn't talk to them
because I was afraid we would all be too sad. We brought them back some fun
things, and it was super fun to walk in the door and get mauled to death! I
loved every minute of it! <br />

Now we're just getting ready for Christmas, and I can't wait to see the boys' faces! We hit some amazing deals on Black Friday and got some super fun things for super great prices! I love Christmas! All in all it was a super fun year, sorry for the quick sum up, and I'll try to do better. People have probably stopped reading my blog because it's been so long, so for my faithful friends out there who still check....This is for you!Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-41423266466360312552011-05-03T11:25:00.000-07:002011-05-03T12:47:18.581-07:00Easter, Birthdays, and all kinds of fun!Sorry it's been so long, I'm just not the best blogger in the world. But we have been up to some super fun things! We'll start off with Brad's Birthday! He turned the big <strong>3 0</strong> this year! He wasn't super excited. I told him that 30 wasn't very old, then added that I definately didn't want to be 30! He didn't think that was as funny as I did. We started off the festivities by decorating his truck in the morning before he went to work. I wrote all over the windows with window paints things like, "Happy birthday!" " Big 30!" and on the back window I wrote "It's my sweetie's birthday HONK cuz he's 30!". I don't know why he didn't just love it :), but he washed it off before I could get a picture of it. After work we had cake and opened presents. All in all a fun day! Here's a couple pics of the party.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602573787142242306" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPjptBgsDLNqvDXOMrKYyUk22ClzxzvD50gf3VBFtggCqeqWJew031rN_xlYLJ3QcGF8l907BhqnN18h5KKHnK6ev7qaioYp-me6QXjndWOwXcKBOWtbPr3CqNzgMDbTwpTj5iZwTs9JOK/s400/P4210971.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602566197730464306" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5N8CSOW8lYxfAkAdcLO5NeCFxQC-zpT0O4WbCDxn6ETkguAo5CXuhRkLoZl_3fpKQVS7cq98qn_eVozqbPGsWugyMcv1qe9u0oxhYOtApPQHPJY0DyvjjKpWWj7BOyAnjF-xdgUeFT8au/s400/P4210973.JPG" />This last one is of the boys all "helping" dad open his presents. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602573792857381298" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwVbW_cspXO9_qOatmJcafGFSw5pLjJEBELz6HWD60Jd383bBaYJa8OAzFIgk7NloJVqcc7EdX_AZOLp3mT3fq_QpeuZ0iOD0P6PJjodFBQ0aPH8whsXF-Q__s16LTZM8v_QJNmhSvWzr0/s400/P4210974.JPG" />Next we have Easter. That was a blast! I ended up making the boys all matching ties, and me and Brad kind of matched. I was pretty happy with the end result of the ties considering I don't sew much. Easter is always a fun time. The boys loved dying all the eggs. We got a monster kit this time and they turned out so cute! <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602575819212122418" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixQr4C2JIhq8SW4KZxl6H9mrxgcw6Z949DNeSITo8ZYWnYeyI1uXAjblGlB-BqUUGtMFeW8-Lo3kcQ8etNzPDrkXKJoyNF4ehFC1A_AD2xnDMPE2C9iEgqZUIKrfwLjnG9tlKEMml3LrD5/s400/P4180955.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602575827542800450" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXpFcDABryKqJD8IfzG31xg8GijD-tbslos3RdJCIZcuXCPoEJt0DaeRaFMFXSu8WhjZKokCRLDikLo-gMtBQJSslrnt8dVaEvcyUHZUKdWxFqDIvg7cdi8KadVdI3OOQEyEyHO_ndfmEp/s400/P4180966.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602575817225968850" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7MTgu9d2MKstx8VqL_M8_E6hPsgkS_TsfbVhlkPWKjEdM00Qp14kLuozMOFXkO0swznDDVXAbf9PXMgcLcetauwNbUCeX7A33n7BLj0NwpKaRDiNHiKHP_iV-EuEDm5HNik31mcqX-uxZ/s400/P4180959.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602575807824474850" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsTyvZdzouIeuiRH5Cjh-bUkDPMARSp2iNefpZnw8uCvGENFSo_taiAO0WMKNmzrcTp9kG_2cXoOz42UK8Zhj1ipwLZF-89N6pOk2wkR20uzSlYkLZBwHzWKlS_pamKVZIk3uKK2r6yIB4/s400/P4180954.JPG" /><br /><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div>The boys also loved finding all the Easter eggs, eating all their candy, and meeting the Easter bunny. What cuties they all were. Sadly I'm kind of a crappy camera mom and forgot mine, but we took some after. My mom taught me how to crochet those cute little headbands with flowers, then we got a pattern to make hats. I love them! My boys have like a billion hats now, but I have to make 3 of each kind. One for each boy of course. And then I've been making some for other people as well. Here are just a couple different ones I've made.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 301px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602573776134714178" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh4lvgWD5P31XcP-0jnXTM19kSq-R9QcekQwtW788j67KNhAA8lJXZuq7A3hMKvBjDXtXNc-sLAGqbk_IOsvwf9xhc1_C4_bxzuTERpjVIv8UppBhb1lj5Qu8Rm2l326OueV3LqvVzNCKn0/s400/P4130948.JPG" /> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 301px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602570203450381458" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRduW23JRjcclmYtnsuVTVObR93dzaBvzLF2X_cnEcUEqXOSi9dkifdXSBq0wvD4NK7jum4duCd7o63ekXw6BYGTp1Fbn2JnYK4b42qGPR3cKf_tgfghUSZQxhQP6K12f1QylMnbSp6etc/s400/P4130947.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602570193241022994" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7ZLcuuSn4nztccWsa1_QCjjr7A5d0oEJAah19NPFH6gN7OY-4WB9BKf1nX3RAwE1yv-HQ4f9tinlSIFh9axpkE9y4rPvZqf1cdh36Wul2_dfZN6UeKRjbT7DlROO6dgjV5XqSUtNkkjtS/s400/P4130946.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602570183043803138" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEt8jNeIHkP__tUM66WUCsqfA9PxJtgtRn9NeZ1sBqnlTTQtKy960ojTSWZxt0SFhNQAFrxgCKBJvP4flC_XgexkEXvW0d-It7WuAaSBF0P1tevZ16MSaFY21k_S-m2TOP6BuC0tHXyXFW/s400/P4130945.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5602564690674926674" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh41y10sIPUZhKobNV2BBQwc71LngQhc1-2lKcr13f8yGD6uZpZxpIw1JN5KCguKjNvj9YOIVOl_Ln_0IgpoxLcWLNRmTVwBPfZmKhn8KRIpdtWmtjjh-EWIJHkTZLauLYKTRlpJ9UHkUlr/s400/P4280990.JPG" /></div></div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-16382198248301940492011-02-24T12:16:00.000-08:002011-02-24T12:54:05.981-08:00Happy Birthday Lukey!<div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577361300807348546" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi47Mh8dg3RJ4Qs68HDHGfnfOSulhR1S0szkv4QH8v934S5z33xnHCvi-dwUH_Dc-zzV9vu61CmYvbE9gipz1ASvYwl_PI7PVPo3Xsw4m1ukmxMDbe60dcqu9TqvUAht91lkjvBrvY6QCSW/s400/P2130870.JPG" />Well, I'm a little slow at posting, but Luke just had his 3rd birthday. I can't believe he's already 3 years old, it just goes by so fast. Well, for Luke's B-day we ended up having his cake the Sunday before, because my family was up that weekend. It was nice to be able to celebrate a part of his birthday with them. I love making their cakes for them (even though they aren't the best), but I feel like it's more special that way, and that I'm giving them something just for them. Anyways, I let Luke pick out what he wanted on his cake, and he wanted red spiderman. My friend told me you can make fondant(?) out of marshmallows, so I decided to try it. I thought it turned out pretty good considering I've never tried it before. It was fun to make, but not the tastiest thing I've ever had. Luke loved it though, and that's what really matters. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577355350030380162" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvoi8mrhaYuoYEx3M4CaxhHXpwin47HrxPu924fAWEoIYs2OZPq06uVa9bOBvsAxYG4ZNuNYHCIaBB4sRy_uKyZwO2KxEyk8CVtgBeudFxIuddLuBMWqvIEGdg7dhHAAextbsj8yQ73-k9/s400/P2130864.JPG" />He got some pretty fun stuff for his birthday including a recorder (aka flute), a harmonica, and of course some cars. He was such a cutie, and got super shy whenever we sang "happy birthday" to him. He also does his "happy eyes" when ever I tell him to smile. I love it! <div><div><div><div><br /><br /><br /><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577361825142194530" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgYOWBqKvBL0opdY32RwlcmwTdK7aZUMm9n0LcG2s3FW6GiS9Tgz7X26JivToGSWHIWYYPyf9BZQrvzlY7I74c81mfzrSYxYT-DG_oH8Bc-cotHJ42KYNhn8CU_uBxtd2aGmv73MeBx1QE/s400/P2170897.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577355363484955938" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMFSYE2ay6BO2PR3QBylXny_0etc2_ie8nIJdHt-fjRfqp58qo2r78ywLl4ITln1sIHB3MtLe66nkRQUob5084awKDzWrXY5-sH_2N97QaaB4_pDCW7zhPESxzF2hwoc_LlCljC6Snh5R_/s400/P2160876.JPG" /></div><br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5577355368212323826" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj28apf5FnYwmegLQBgXODQj9a-bXh6wDg8-4bF7TPlH-kUTpLb7cAQMAN9D8TYFW7saUOrIXh_75V7AUj4EL7cuAhW1b2d9JHNDHPnDIEuCY-4cjvflM1b5yHOITgygS0IWoQd4AEiRrdk/s400/P2160881.JPG" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><p>Luke is quite the helper lately too. He loves to help with the dishes, and can often be found wiping things off with diaper wipes. He loves to play with his brothers (when they're not fighting), and loves anything that has to do with Disney's Cars, Spiderman, and Batman. He still climbs on EVERYTHING, and nothing is too high for Luke. We sure love our little guy!</p><p>Everyone else is doing great! Seth is loving pre-school, and Ethan is getting big. He is also a climber. Ethan loves his baths, and thinks it's the funniest thing ever to hide in the shower curtain. Brad and I both came down with strep-throat the Tuesday before Christmas. We pretty much felt like dying. I was afraid that we weren't going to be ready for Christmas, but we ended up pulling it together. Christmas ended up being super fun! (as usual) We had a great time visiting family and opening all our presents. The boys are at such a fun age for all the holidays. I loved seeing their faces on Christmas morning. They were so excited! They are still a little young, because we had to talk them into going into the living room, and that Santa had really come, but once they saw it they were in awe. I only got a few pics that don't really show all the excitement of the morning, but that's OK. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5558152569777251522" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgs5YC69iCpEJcIIMzyNreeBp0MnYApOL_wLrqRlbMoq6Xnu9-fdhtu9VZwDdwapAmTqf06dNQTYNvIcDTsYyrRGUNdEKitHRwUjC41CZ6foxUbXszx435NT0JHDn46Xml2H6w5SLc0WDu2/s400/PC240819.JPG" /> <div><div><div><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5558152567731399554" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBybFxj63jnO5YqmbBEy-7AL5ZT1vFhV4cnIPd_FFwoeyUBLrajAKGxU25vc5s7w5AC6R0nKmI3vopC0whvDBmPvgiZKTEs-hKb2yZEEaqMhrvo7mLeqwrkTvWxDLHdc3PftOK97nq19k7/s400/PC240821.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5558152562679705026" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMUMZ6Cf3PjPti9OxmmmdbGguq1iIpM5ABmaRl708Uifrr8dXoJNnwdN3ys4lQUo7aQ-YXrnAkyCahZWHAyE_7CHoPUBiL1V-q0inB6xJ1Gn6yLMCpHoTXXjIKYru0FXIfV3DKBdgXhzi9/s400/PC240816.JPG" /><br /><div>We also had a super fun New years eve party with a couple of our friends. Ethan turned one last month! I can't believe he is already a year old! For his birthday we did cupcakes with hot dogs on them. ( the hot dogs were made of circus peanuts and caramels...not real hot dogs.) They turned out really fun. Ethan is such a sweet boy. He's toddling around the house now, and never wants to stop. Now that he can walk, he thinks he has to do it all the time! He loves to play with the boys and climb on everything. We are so glad he is in our family. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5547576165049603634" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGggTrJ2p0xybcWM7OegytYRLxptQYc7bF1FVo1KgFdBmyafpm4dtRy6bhbW3N7BS9nJNFwPCbRMtL258-3Wux_9ADumfXM03pQlQIVr3V6LZhuucD6suXthqlEsMDqWf-6Avvglq0LqKu/s400/PB150791+%25282%2529.JPG" /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5547576155898978418" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgep8cPdrj8WE7hhSmbz8rEc6UheEVfmfBuLBcIXwHebHlg9fZM9WYKnbSU2WM6DtZFZOTNCBZj8uNeTTd8ynd5VBoNQ3PV-CvItH3_rE-LhrgYsXv36GQ9J-8xACNPBwhSLV8oyBfRqKal/s400/PB150793.JPG" /> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5547576143556146882" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaT05cZwFsuVm5_oqm4eTNNxBAxOv9FraP97YhJxoI9ffhOgLzlm4vEGS4cXz8ojf-T9DNlCRpplM8LtgOXoKSfgLNfe17wqyictEyOoGwoHcnbT6ysSqiXEZDcz_5N7vukgMYLFO4fnJb/s400/PB150790.JPG" /><br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Thanksgiving also came and went. We made turkeys out of apples and marshmallows, the boys loved them. They also loved to eat them. We got to go to My mom's family for Thanksgiving day. It was a long trip down to Provo, but it was so nice. We also were able to go to our friends Eric and Leah's baby blessing while we were down. It was so nice to visit with them and see sweet baby Dane.<br /><br /><div>Last but not least my sweet little brother Adam just got home from his mission to Hawaii on Friday. It was so great to see him! My favorite part was that all the missionaries from Hawaii came home with a ton of lais? around their necks, and as he gave each of us a hug he gave us each a lai. It was so sweet! I love it when they first come home because of the sweet spirits they bring with them. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5547576135854289394" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjwvuUS_0STxS4HDKI4BDqDj9k8-W0Va7Y0TLPJno7Y7LRCFOSCFGhHAjn2r7DypheqDor4_kdyGMPQkt0prCVumb53YZFKjXzmWSyqwORmhD6FfvkVjDALcjF8rnvQGxbLJ_r3dNZfp1s/s400/PC020809+%25282%2529.JPG" /></div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5547576125908385090" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCsW3slBlSkMCNQgRVaRU0WccExV6k8pl3MvpoLZUnvhhgbgJkhZDlcInLvKNWGeXCkWja5L_AUHQIj5KanwosJuzWLMfV7TyyndfF9hyphenhyphenPe1zjN5FDb6O4NZha-7MWUysPzSqncH29kT6m/s400/PC020812.JPG" /><br /><br /><div>Christmas is just around the corner, so hopefully another post will follow soon.</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-69581082684231409102010-11-01T10:24:00.000-07:002010-11-01T10:37:53.392-07:00Halloween 2010<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvTjK-_TyktGW49Ozw8wW7nwKfvDCesn64JJ1qBCbSUT7m5bd5p1um0pUVuqjKGJ7pMorgVRLlAKLqmrLc1Ci30itLTiboky23Qh3oDatTEu4c5PPLsXjRoDdr3lahA18-ccyoWgNFzErZ/s1600/PA300747.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5534635667431169138" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvTjK-_TyktGW49Ozw8wW7nwKfvDCesn64JJ1qBCbSUT7m5bd5p1um0pUVuqjKGJ7pMorgVRLlAKLqmrLc1Ci30itLTiboky23Qh3oDatTEu4c5PPLsXjRoDdr3lahA18-ccyoWgNFzErZ/s400/PA300747.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjyqXX4kPjIXpsqmE7yHI9T9iJGruTAMzonvu4SZ5skuHuPux-mEgTo4otQyonsbnXOnLzIjPjJ4QOfIgUHBHymjDbdvYrF85ySU-EacyS7g2eltNG7_UY-sUsri1n-M5zaAkMeNmbtgEum/s1600/PA300765.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5534635656225524754" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjyqXX4kPjIXpsqmE7yHI9T9iJGruTAMzonvu4SZ5skuHuPux-mEgTo4otQyonsbnXOnLzIjPjJ4QOfIgUHBHymjDbdvYrF85ySU-EacyS7g2eltNG7_UY-sUsri1n-M5zaAkMeNmbtgEum/s400/PA300765.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div> <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5534635650878031490" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhRUnmg7_cAprV4aeANyMR13b1RsrDLKPgkwnxo3ZBaddJU2ZUrvigAyGNuUvlZsHab9rGpB7yG6VKjjGPscJnMdmxCaLZeOp8XrpfY7UQsg6uqFz0d7G0Ju7UHBww0BqXfDyj_RQ5rcGJ0/s400/PA300761.JPG" /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7P8Ns6J4EeXaghh_tSs5KxgT3GSCmu-FvY7lU-kQhCAqOZ8vKZUepJ7hBpUByoVZm4Kq0bID2SAQ_mwR3830x7nF0OnfdD1k-6YdGID78Q4BuzVpmCsRsEY8obTPaRH7mH8Is5Dm6Ke5U/s1600/PA300754.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5534635643476920146" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7P8Ns6J4EeXaghh_tSs5KxgT3GSCmu-FvY7lU-kQhCAqOZ8vKZUepJ7hBpUByoVZm4Kq0bID2SAQ_mwR3830x7nF0OnfdD1k-6YdGID78Q4BuzVpmCsRsEY8obTPaRH7mH8Is5Dm6Ke5U/s400/PA300754.JPG" /></a><br />We were Mr. Incredible, Elasti-girl, Dash, Jack Jack, and Syndrome. We didn't go too far, but it was far enough. First we went to my Grandma's cabin up by Sundance. The five hour drive was pretty long for all of us. When we were about to Salt Lake, Seth said the funniest thing, Seth:"Mom, it's killing me!" Me: "What's killing you?" ( I thought he was talking about his legs or something that was hurting him) Seth: "The driving, it's killing me!" Even though the drive was long, I think the boys had a nice time. I loved going to the cabin as a kid, so it was super fun to have the boys do some of the things I used to do. We hiked to the falls, played in the water, and just had a nice visit with cousins and family. Here are some pics of the hike.<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503167157192409682" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi38w12jglEgklAMFfp2qMjXwTqBHqGOhZGhRBM4MHgaviEDBhgbSRieHigUNe7olt296dPWgSFDwHk4bTiVVuVST2JDDdWntcPPgaj1o80fRFhenw0A-AzBDWx8zGT5RFANq0mTT8j0Qm5/s400/P7160612.JPG" border="0" /> Ethan all ready for his first hike.<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503167167123867490" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguePSowJr84cByFdzxIu5RKjYIWLUo7mPzwJzqb-u7sZYzNAdCBBf21f0cJPpML46b_p4YFKtPskQsCOustBf3-G9fHmrG17UiRbGZpgaXdaFpEe78GqncLdxYYwZZDNKJyBBA7ZoJ2YMm/s400/P7160616.JPG" border="0" /> The boys taking a little rest.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503167174715295250" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinIAtMtERJHkpr1Zxo7b5E7JA_zMEsnegfcKWt7ir7DBfHXokI7_s7sgO0VZ5mmssYxyzmCRLSlJ3HRha_5YwrVSOm_sjFgxhXp687TtmVZ0P5zwbewYRLdROzMg_6RYW4OmaYt_mSrOhZ/s400/P7160626.JPG" border="0" /> At Stewart Falls trying to touch the water<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503172170018289106" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZrzwgegxwB4s_j-gDTNXZGvSdWo5yFJg_BR3QzczI3-BwgwAfM1JNoy4KHYlaIM22N3ChWay9SZYd5Bqt9IqEzRy3N_E6C1jEWf9wx2M8asO93IFmDwOCx4rr1ApmvXmll4B3YuUtdk7V/s400/P7160636.JPG" border="0" /> Getting our feet wet, isn't that water fall beautiful?! <div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503167145272936114" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi937f2VkzTewqnAa_irWkh1EoN81qWB042ixR6h4CLhZoLsN2FFKaUBaDVXW5Brgx02CUmPNw893_MD6YuYbJpTo_3agIty6fa8UQjGxTRaBsHuZZOJr1U7_2dd0zbxZxuviMvTcVa_FiV/s400/P7170643.JPG" border="0" />I had to add this last picture because quite a few people say that Ethan looks like a cupie(?) doll, and we found one at the cabin and had to take a picture of it. I guess they kinda do look alike. :)<br /><br />Last weekend was Rodeo Weekend in Preston, so of course we came down for at least on of the days. It was a pretty rainy day, but it was still fun. The boys loved getting the candy from the parade, and afterwards we went to the carnival. The boys loved the rides, in fact Seth loved them so much, he keeps asking to go back. Luckily it's only in town for 3 days or I'd be broke. Here are the boys on a couple of rides.<br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503172191173671938" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0JEvhC7oYjwKhZtTmNLgFoHeoOVH-9NEver8RUn3oESPDcJp3EtNNWinWOMT23Ht6nov5cx6n-llPYw6C91c7JXgGofCWOC0E_tBfjj_m_ykvh4u5ai-n8KAB-SMsfpO-Ql0PoSnoPM9K/s400/P7290663.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503172183721218642" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIHo_SV69ujMjh5YWFytU7NMlufilztEnm_0mtCsEkBPzKfShRPDbGGCO-Vqq6hYW3JthZJ9dPVf091DbZyTrE4xoV23KLZGL7PpafBvu_0UpmJM6hTPuxb05cz55BO8meUko9m0q0_2HZ/s400/P7290661.JPG" border="0" /> Here's what Ethan got to do during the carnival, not very fun, but he was a good sport.<br /></div><div> </div><div> </div><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503172198273349906" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8s_U5iO6tIY8VYhCK5pmLCrzngCfpotaf2UWiUuYkhi2K25IpajzyNmoekJKo07AE36ZyPWu7WTQ1i8q2-5to4N2TU1bV-j1tNaQvC5kABzaoDW4moGo8o0bhOg2NGhHRygzQrxb1oVk6/s400/P7290676.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div>I also finally go all the boys' pictures done and back, and I love them! Since we've been married his crazy antics have certainly slowed down almost to a halt, but this last weekend he was dared $75 to run, jump and dive off a bridge by his brother Todd. If any of you know Brad you know he will take just about any dare. So, he packed us all in the car and we drove up to Ashton to watch him dive off this (20 foot or so) bridge. I had the boys and the camera, and we all watched him let out his war cry and jump into the freezing water. What a man! The boys thought this was so awesome that when he got out of the water they wanted him to do it again. It was starting to rain, so he didn't, but the boys were so impressed. (So was I) Here he is just about to hit the water!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503178583131676642" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJvIbUeq0LPryXuAVtlpkFLV1JKFjpwjSUE6tUjf5AAwEJJgx_YX4S1vmaPnAfeSAUEjwscl5GKt1lwRWQPUsPHvJviesgEhziw0mwmI0jBH5qcibISE2e5s2QBqjgk1iS_WfdL8ne-l8Z/s400/P7300680.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-17716871974397573252010-07-11T15:53:00.000-07:002010-07-11T16:51:16.744-07:00Calling all superheroes!<div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhH8Rz0_n7Zy5buDpA0ZiVlcfiFNPgcEtUweTh_e00-G_Pm6kJR1dlohisADBtdoMGhu0bQ9wdL0jN1zmhW_ILyHQ4ZSJvZ_J74hPCt4R9t4t-NOgiVPeoA-RElGew44uw7T2I6M3C1nCcl/s1600/225.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492800225959049698" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhH8Rz0_n7Zy5buDpA0ZiVlcfiFNPgcEtUweTh_e00-G_Pm6kJR1dlohisADBtdoMGhu0bQ9wdL0jN1zmhW_ILyHQ4ZSJvZ_J74hPCt4R9t4t-NOgiVPeoA-RElGew44uw7T2I6M3C1nCcl/s400/225.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492800237777484722" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAm9YFAGOW3-p9fiQd-B0dXYNr8UuPPT-kHNiTFRJ3dpdOVn_IFKp6V-SqQk7dqCMhnyniEUUC81BtgRqQ6f1PoQoisbno7puqEhrSZJqTctGEGFfiaH3VnmYz7NjSXrbsWzc8pXXtBwME/s400/sep+004.JPG" border="0" />Happy 4th Birthday Seth! I can't believe he's four years old! Time flies by when you have kids! We are so grateful for our little Sethers! A few of his favorite things are transformers, the spray park, swimming, and playing with friends. He is my biggest helper around the house. He'll make his bed, clean up his toys, and he really likes to hold and feed Ethan. He is such a great big brother! My favorite thing is when he says "look at Ethan, he is such a cutie!"<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div> </div><div> </div><div>For Seth's birthday this year, we decided to do a Super hero party. It turned out SUPER cute! It was kind of like super hero training, so they had to earn all their super hero gear by defeating the super villains (our cousin Brock and his friend), and completing their training. They had to detonate the bombs (pop the balloons) that the villains spilled, complete a training course, and remove the Kryptonite( green glittered rocks) without touching it. They each got a shirt with their super power on it, their power wrist bands, a mask, and a cape.<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492788889386364370" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBI1cRg82dBMdI8_QSe3SfnRirKxvEuLjRzj3gemYdX6b93s0AExfE1784jtVJO0wQ14i9HJus508hkEJakn9A6TanYAjJ8cgPv85RCHB6YkNBVFY9_nUcUUFSSMTJo-KNGYH1T2d8CFg8/s400/P6280528.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492788905766004946" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgv4sRR6RVdSAh9JtfgSayfq6ZWv-fwiI_mZI2ifjJ1rDJJ5VhyphenhyphengSijgPsOewGbbZe5grEe6vrl9G0hFt8t0vVpSAjOztUJLCtggb3Du_D062i1sq84y9xItyDuqSkBNMkFfjNv9Azi48ly/s400/P6280538.JPG" border="0" />The boys were all so cute! I made all their costumes, so it didn't even end up costing very much. Seth loved it! They each had their own super hero name and power, along with the letter of their name on their cape. I also made a volcano cake for him because that is what he wanted. It turned out pretty good, that's the good thing about volcanos, they're supposed to look messy! :)<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492788918513959026" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwus7IS_4CFd8E1cdyQUw8MuXivqjwTZw-wPvyviSVcYUVIa3txaBeIco2rrPun1WL1acB-qwQAnNim9e7AokDIWv90INUHDZNP16sNTMLfn_IdXPUTcLLWDI5PKZY7rOe_q85fKEgiNkr/s400/P6280576.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492788909394427426" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhtzE4sN3NF0VMBTznAm3J3zM8w37xDO2-odS0UluKmSpFEWPjhlTzqs_AWa0Ziybyq-xAoov6o92syjlVc3QxcVSq4ghOoFYqelSVaT7tKnWdpdYpcLPio-640VhltY-yzpf6gVQyXubkC/s400/P6280574.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><p>We had a super fun 4th of July too! We partied all weekend! Brad and I decided that we're glad the 4th will only be one day next year. On Saturday we spent the afternoon with our good friends Eric and Leah. Their family rented a bouncy house for the whole day, and the boys took full advantage. Even after hours of playing we still had to pull them off when it was getting deflated. Thanx Eric and Leah for a kicking 4th of July party! You guys are so awesome! One of our other favorite days was going to Bear Lake. The boys had an absolute blast playing in the water and sand. It was a little chilly and windy, but isn't it always there? Anyways, we went to the fire works Friday, Saturday, and Monday nights. It was fun, but by Monday we were glad to be done. Here are the boys at Bear Lake. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492786923154237138" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEips6Ir6sbprvP1nUHGXs62au1BlXqDZO0bmdoz3HdVbNN6yA0UitzVOWzQOOdSIYnUHBhOvcZueW08OclQfpNmGrjznA-kibC2cNihnolby8yH64yKmyw-x5o2uUD_SJnG4RsCCUAQxkTw/s400/P7050587.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492786904782553058" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8UCcguw_mfZAvcv-aFTy0z1tb6q0-NUcM9yDo2KTP2z4saBk_dEEdi-_V0tqiYZ3t2d57uV5_U0iolRwxwugT7m7QU5icPas2z1phAzaobXuuD7yV5Y9l9HZigLcMWAyrXSMNYQyHNeSV/s400/P7050597.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492786912510773874" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiSX_covwcAlfz8vWk7LZoQduYMfltIXpqU0tXEjddL7WmDYKxVKIAjk7DMYfSNsOuUiFeYbJsSRz3QzHzmEPl8D8g3kjVnxfN1GbdWV1EksNg0h9ONvB6nkb-bTfTv2SccM7a-BJ-84M5x/s400/P7050605.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5492786907503293506" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizBqImL-RPX_IlsyCZmcdshIXyQDUquQm4eG9DXEq1eC73xeZ-c0-5cioB5EIRkXFmOZ4iLwnrxb600nceYjdjClhKi7UCbNkoUBsDC09LYbikVN970j5Yqj15kE_MVRDMxk3UuK2CVvrq/s400/P7050590.JPG" border="0" />We have just been loving up summer! We had some awesome summer weather for like a week, then Mother Nature thought it would be super funny to make it winter again. It's been raining and snowing forever. I'm OK with snow, but I don't like to be teased. I already put away the snow clothes and got out our summer ones, so I guess we'll just chill inside in our shorts and watch the snow fall. :)<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div> </div><div>While it was nice outside we did do a couple fun things. I'm suprised she even got any smiling, but she ended up catching quite a few. I got a super great idea from my friend. I'm just going to start taking the kids in on their birthdays for their yearly pics, so that way I won't forget. Then sometime throughout the year I'll get our family one done. Here are a couple of my favs. I'm sorry, but he's so handsome!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466882874000051666" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 287px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_PIrXARVf_seEb-OPZzn628KbxAb7in24mpMDw9BT8lhXh58eQOx6w82xBanIDlaS7LTK9rVe25dF1JXNH-O8qvG27FnlnhmaoIf9Ih9bfYsx41-ZjlgKnIe3wT5YqHz_yA6bCgesOCug/s400/scan0001.jpg" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466884595530800850" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 283px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgaqcTPM9Q4IsRA8yrFHv-8mPijK-wzFac3VD94jzIEbsxoWKJbyEUY2jvsn3tDrnEhsSCh-IXaiLMsYCtyWT0uZmQIaqm4xeF9GI6wm8nqT1zrUNAOVGlKbg3a7M8lXokBSoSCeSMb4naR/s400/scan0002.jpg" border="0" /> We've also been going for walks and cleaning out the flower beds. We only get to go for one walk a day, other wise I'll be dead. I take the baby in the backpack, and the two boys in the double stroller. Do they even make triple strollers?! Well, if they do, I might be in the market for one.<br /><br /><br /><div>While it's been cold outside (which has been most of the time) I've decided that I wanted to paint. I've finished the boys room and the baby's room, but I want to do mine and Brads room and the kitchen. If I ever take pictures, or if the boys room is ever clean, I'll post some. </div><br /><div>Other than that we pretty much make our own fun. I can't believe he is already almost 6 months. He's starting to roll, and he loves his walker. I love it too. He likes the back pack, and will even fall asleep in it sometimes. He is such a sweetie! Every morning I walk in to get him he's all smiles. He almost sleeps all through the night too. He goes to bed at 7:30, and wakes up at 4:00 to eat, then 6:00 with everyone else.<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466882855430788674" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0zSkrjkVznnoBWMnDnGibBbMBRKRIfbKMUze1JHMh0ILEs8CjT3NSJz4mh-vmpwtY4k84mfRiroKVCxFHPWkJiif-jy1t1eCtZi-MbAO-VfGRR7hf6mkgQXuoly0u5KlZBf75gZICqFFQ/s400/041.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466882843316897234" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6HFPK06KtmZPk5ErHCPQZtIRQGtjv2vOPS1D44Gh0PiuFTDeEJj-3yLkOUylhpytor-Ul1i_9jorZjuFIcKPaukqkFgtHs4PiEG3J77OID4U94CJ8LiRIk0GRsQaHR2wHs5yXVDxN-yfl/s400/014.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466884633402897266" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7iNi37PcPBZWg3lYw8kzmXwWqSt4YyM6KiF3MjQFbats3xRjfvWghMhwsBcV2-e1gp82MAGRzbUgK-3VUNmTlIInKVk1Wk85GKLwzIQ0rAomet7esYGcgQwdn56KZeya7Zv9FN3jLrPst/s400/003.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466884628906909426" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJesIjdNoDeFmTo1bFLvcSMDt-0ynemk93s1N9Z2RbdaxradO3DvQNsF7g84IFiG4v4B6ef9iwDX1P7WWbZg8EDVxeJepAf4YdnLKemdQEjTmeu5GudhIix_4kJVwrrW0ZgcVvckcnmwHG/s400/218.JPG" border="0" /> Easter was way nice too. We missed one Easter egg hunt, but made it to the one at the grocery store. It was pretty cute. They even had the Easter bunny there, and Luke just loved him. I was suprised that no one cried. He leaves at about 6:30 a.m. and usually doesn't get home until about 9:30 p.m. I miss him around the house, and so do the boys, but I'm just thankful that he has so much work, and that he's willing to work such long hours to provide for us. I have to say that this year was a little challenging with a new baby and all. I got my shopping done the week of Christmas, which is pretty sad, but I just couldn't make it out very often. Well other than being super busy our Christmas was awesome. We went down to the Nielson's (my mom's family) party the weekend before Christmas. It was in Utah, which was a little far to travel, but it was so worth seeing everyone. We hardly ever get down that far but when we do it is such a party. We stayed at our house for Christmas morning, then went to Brad's parents for lunch, then headed down to Preston for dinner. Busy Day! Then the next day we went to Utah again for My dad's family party, then headed straight home. We were pretty tired, but I love the holidays because we get to see everyone! We even got to talk to Adam which was a miracle all in its self because we were so late getting to Preston. It was so great to hear his voice, and it sounds like he's doing just great! <div><div><div><div>It was <strong>so </strong>fun to stay home for Christmas this year. The kids were so cute! On Christmas Eve we made and delivered treats to our neighbors, and by the time they got back it was time for bed so we didn't get to read the Christmas story, but maybe next year. Anyways, before the boys went to bed me and Brad said,"do you know what tomorrow is?" (because we were so excited for Christmas) and Seth excitedly answered, "It's Pre-school!!!" It was so funny, I'm glad he loves school so much.</div><div><div><div><div><div><div>On Christmas morning The boys woke up early as usual, but they just wanted a drink, so me and Brad got up and took them into the living room. They were so excited when they saw all the presents. Seth kept saying, "Oh me gosh, Oh me gosh!." <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5425318193256300802" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjAdXY5xpHQMgKUlZlj329m-KdBHs76L1RkKQtO-ZZZJt_GsUrEUykNE4_YhlCfWKq3n_1-Sa8sRDPd5Wwzjw81kq4VqgVzWlZ0ktJCQszryyYUwLdXpugfNzIgVi_rlcBBBCZjFqbcptKU/s400/006.JPG" border="0" /></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5425318182071766962" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOLjG1RHQqDtafcwDYcUlqYQ8pprX51Wdj7qI237k1Su-6GBoO4FgC_YffO6bI6Rtywx-92UdgGW0YTJTp47l9H0S9Z7NsDCXuCQ87d_SAQnEourYO2RRwPfebm2KZFIVDPiocgqCMFal8/s400/003.JPG" border="0" />Seth loved all his presents. His favorite was his big transformer robot. Seth also got these awesome superman jammies from Grandma Lee Ann. He loved them so much he wore them for like 4 days straight. I feel like I'm constantly doing something and most days we can bearly get ready by 3:00 in the afternoon. Anyways, I wanted to tell our story of the day Ethan came. On Monday Nov. 9th I had a routine check with my OB. I was hoping he would just start me or something, because the last two checks I was a 4 and a 5. So, Brad's mom was watching the kids for me and I was off to my appointment. I sat and waited for probably 30 mins. and was trying to time my contractions ( which were'nt very close). When he came in he checked me he said I was at a 7! He called the hospital and sent me over because I was in labor. I called Brad at work, and ran to the book store to get a book to read, then walked into the hospital. When I told the nurses my name they laughed and said that they thought I was going to be coming in in a wheel chair and screaming. But I was just fine. Anyways, I got my IV and my epidural and chilled out for about 4 hours. Eventually the nurse checked me and said I was at a 10, and that maybe I should call my husband again because she was going to call over the doctor. So, I called Brad and told him and he said he was almost to the hospital. We waited about 1/2 and hour and then our brother-in-law (Scott) came and he and Brad gave me a blessing (just a little added comfort for a stressfull event). Then about 15 mins. later the doctor comes in whips off his jacket and suits up. He asked Brad if he wanted to deliver him, so.....he did. He did an amazing job, well, I think he did. Anyways, I thought that was pretty special. I probably only pushed for 20mins. and the nurse kept saying, "Ok, you can push...OK, now stop because the doctors not here, and I really don't want to deliver a baby today." It was the best delivery yet! I'm just grateful that I didn't have to have a c-section again. Ethan is such a sweet baby, and his brothers adore him. Sometimes I have to remove Luke from kissing Ethan, because he just loves him that much. Seth is really great with him. When Ethan's crying Seth will say,"he wants to see me mom, then he'll be happy." We are so glad that Ethan is a part of our family, he is my little angel. <div><div><div><div><div><div>Three is a little harder, but it's great! We're all getting back into the groove of things which makes it a little easier. </div><div>We took some Christmas pictures, but as you can tell it's hard to get everyone to cooperate. </div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5414140852405493122" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJC18ZHpn-S_LVXxHawmWn8o9c3O6rhdnSsLUfkFTMLhooblXUSEIA083V1HqCyTuKWD1Hm3QXbFD3lyfJdbZny6M66EKzAknAoeEq1L0oEVHx_DAhyphenhyphen_168y1u_L60oyHLBZ2oSESq2iuG/s400/004.JPG" border="0" />Here are the boys being pirates. I decided to make some little pirate things so we could play something new. Seth liked it and played with me, but Luke tried to pull apart his hook, and wouldn't wear his eye patch. I'll have to tell the story another time, because I have been getting these huge headaches from the epidural that only go away if I'm laying flat on my back. So, here are some pictures, and as soon as I can be upright for more than a few mins. I'll tell you all about it. :) <div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5403762643877249826" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQpPnjbefjAyeyc9q5aTpxqUwZS3EHykRkZGEC7u0FrN9pIebqtWgp1dAJaSkL69xengngunDrDV5DimPOz0Fd3QrbBv6Upw3efQmyUFpaPPxkSyYL7u3uWbvg8s0GxCNGuLDI_RIdd5C-/s400/001.JPG" border="0" />Proud Daddy!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5403762635100341058" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK02rQpdAv5HFkVAXqiWHPQy5U4pAGORsGnzjXg3usxHAibk2rr-Xi8gT7nuGGk4VBbHKRp_lpvK2PlxAazGZJOEwqVjPG_5BVQN8oQjqYHQKX1hdCRtAYlJpvWP6moy_ewsHlLLYs-hTp/s400/002.JPG" border="0" /></div></div><br />Try not to notice my beautifulness, but we only have a few pics on our camera.Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com11tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-79655963717491579372009-11-08T14:13:00.000-08:002009-11-08T15:14:48.017-08:00Happy Halloween!<div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqt_4s50lkyItAoioFuP2-WjAeudXf3qd_o0NGXK40rmJ2UlX_4ok_HTcqKAoBislBd8YKpnCnyfBsCCUeZSeMifmXcLe1PZxPIwwbM66Nu1A6OKx94LasD4WndrsdYtdiBoIsH6lzyAYB/s1600-h/scan0011.jpg"></a><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401864945656420258" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgW8PRFLqYLqooAkZKz2S3Asw6oCRPaIojfdPsmoUgjhDH1SQtEwcarU6eRwiIcHnAlQPrYvIBBtDj-3xaQmwmfOx_S8Hvh76NoKB_rPy2dNm9a89nLoXMVh6SCwHotldfXbnDBaCTtBeBx/s400/111.JPG" border="0" />Wow! I can't believe what a slacker I am. I guess I'll just start by catching up a little. Everyone is doing great! The boys are getting so big, and so am I... I have about two weeks to go until our new little boy comes, but I'm hoping to get started a little sooner than that.<br />We had an awesome summer. We didn't really go on any big trips or anything, but we had a blast anyways. We did get to go to the Blackfoot fair with a couple of our friends. It was way fun to see the animals and go on a couple rides. The boys loved the little train! Seth also got this sticker from local news 8, and stuck it on his head. It got stuck in his hair and eye brows, and took a lot of soaking his head in water, and crying to get it off. It actually took a couple days before we got all the sticky stuff all off of him.<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401862565333302018" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnT7mQjtyUzlbnjIfGcqiVzawzcwo9QeEGpt9pPP7PGaEBWsAHEkA84qn9OTNwHvtZexP6felbgRiNtW_lkUNun5wSNdT48gprhJZm8RTW2C30cCG-hBNeyipOz_cMqfO6maxw-B2inYmI/s400/127.JPG" border="0" /> <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401862557497582914" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3WOYy_asnVrKU4Kc-DFx9AaGUwTInAaH-97pgeSVj3RAPcGOJgTO5jjiuMg6Jvk2IQw2k6z4bqCkK3rO6RVpM4qIglOiuSo0JgRVqEN6NkqKFARL0UEdZCB7isCYaqWwY4_h4H3ZxPpJw/s400/132.JPG" border="0" />In September we started doing preschool with a couple kids in the neighborhood, it's been super fun for Seth so far. Each of us moms take turns teaching for a month. We split up the ABC's, numbers, shapes and colors. I took September, I was pretty nervous about teaching 4 or 5 little kids, but it turned out to be really fun. Seth loves going to the other kids houses! It's pretty fun for him to get to play with kids his own age instead of his mom and brother. Here's a picture of the first day of school. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401862553566470066" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiO2h_ejt3wt1L-m9vC8FDTsDpNboLwmDHqd1OLqo4mmOB3Wwz0eQYIApOCjyAjtLHW22qihdZXrA32QZbQwgJmjI40DFlqNv2C8Geh-2soILBcuJ9dN8-5ukoyTbJ9mDdUZt2EuHXBgDV_/s400/123.JPG" border="0" />Luke also got his first black eye the other day. He gets up so stinking early that it's still dark outside. Anyways, he got up and came into our room, tripped on some clothes and hit the corner of his eye on the bed frame. I didn't even know where he got hit until I got out of bed, and took him into the bathroom, and saw that blood was everywhere. He had a nasty bump and split his eye open. Poor kid!<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401864950976309010" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEyi5XXQCOv2eHLkuFI0ZlDj93Bbnu4zG5DQMj6rhZV2EqYCAmR_llzdg-rCBdIrB_JzZdoyeIdGisDbq7S8R4ocXIG4Bbg-hx8rBFsDq1HVRcSFC7xo3hQYdrK8_IJzb8XMhCFswAp9nl/s400/138.JPG" border="0" /><br />Well, as for Halloween, we did a couple pretty fun things. We got to go to a pumpkin patch for pre-school, where they also had a little corn/hay maze for the kids. They LOVED it. We also got to pick out a pumpkin and take it home. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401864963459051618" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCTdR6x06z8svqWTTZyQsJL6ZovT1FE5exUZfp7a1gy4j80E56LdI28PnxIXieJPgaw04n5k0sIc55AUbaCWovT047O7CEbVj7e_0KP65VYk86fMOTsGVHL7i0WEgitvbrq1NcTdQm_fda/s400/146.JPG" border="0" />The boys and I had a super fun time making Halloween decorations. Their favorite was our skeleton the we just drew and cut out of paper. Luke loved to run by it and say "Ooh, creepy". <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401864974002021298" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3LdPU1tbQDJ4tW4p1fxA7uvW8H4AHc9zRh5NCdaWq-2EIjs8ZsONUpjgXBZIUpcgv4BGkij9c5hnFxdyRE_8ED6NeJeL1Z1vdcCJeMJ-VJn74KfpfTTtOcfNmoFLcJAVLGCMt8r-AQlYd/s400/164.JPG" border="0" /> <div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The boys also loved painting and carving our pumpkins. I decided to let the boys paint theirs, and help me carve the big one. It was so fun! I think their favorite part was digging out the seeds from inside the pumpkin, just because it was so sick. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401864968616639410" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiRIla1jXQmwSYkWI-WbFXAab-fZ_qd9lJWaIGIk2gPFKQa8PS7g7CDfLP5hGm2H2kaABH-ur6rZ94nMCnPyZVNDRYX12ueD8fVA0UBpRoTRjP619wOh4fXcxwSuqLSWcsOUiwPACFXRWL/s400/157.JPG" border="0" />All right, finally, Halloween was a blast. Seth wanted to be a bat, and Luke was a tiger. They had a ton of fun at the trunk or treat, and then we trick or treated to a few neighbors. It was all way fun! The older the boys get, the funner it is because they actually get what's going on, and want to do it. They were pretty bummed when we put our Halloween decorations away. Seth asked for days after Halloween if we could go trick or treating that night. He cracks me up!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401869296769023282" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheo6JC73bAY2g5CmMfUU1jc6qtf6rD__tLv8svr7ljuGHLNkyW88NPoHsh1A8PfDXCW9DXAR0uP3oZcsKbwmd5OTZ4U8e2sdGF55q_DJeUadGTH-Ro7IIftnEYb_5BSkjFMhdT4q8LaSZd/s400/165.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401869300232247010" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGhAiwUAlR_U9vCH8d-pEa6znEV56-u94QBgKJhbPj1eagYcbDSqmL-bezvwldV8krk2afTXddptKodZPlTcA9WYRilQKh2CDtHJ2ikZDtY-8WtMqXyM-pVYEwzmdJWWoEX0Bpjrzb40k3/s400/168.JPG" border="0" /></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5401874986212748002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZ41SF6KhAmQwSpWdWBiALrFRvnK774EgjRoW-GSeujLx6wEi9Bum1dnWhh7qDiqBmkxvPMjhNiq13TL-fJzPgiFEil6SNCT1u6atrxRcqQD_q_Bor1qURpF2O1LxomImnUGUzQ_luTTiR/s400/171.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-61890293711842510892009-07-08T07:02:00.000-07:002009-07-08T07:36:39.634-07:00Surprise!<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEii3gsZNY0WOHvPh_Usfl3x-n11gLpq_wCg5Q27d4q8XRbcK9WrnRBVFdR-OBhtWfC2o-VBX3mmxQrHizg_H2qn6ns0E7LxwsVTYMX7KhIVyduwcHRUDRXH-epHK6Y4yTQ3lD8mYywk4B0j/s1600-h/scan0001.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5356097829667212370" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 284px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEii3gsZNY0WOHvPh_Usfl3x-n11gLpq_wCg5Q27d4q8XRbcK9WrnRBVFdR-OBhtWfC2o-VBX3mmxQrHizg_H2qn6ns0E7LxwsVTYMX7KhIVyduwcHRUDRXH-epHK6Y4yTQ3lD8mYywk4B0j/s400/scan0001.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div>Well, for those of you who haven't seen us in a while we are having another baby in November. It was a big surprise for us, but what an awesome surprise! I wanted to make sure that everything was good before I told everyone, and everything looked great. Well, we had our ultrasound yesterday, and I thought for sure this one was going to be my little girl, but nope.....we're having another little boy. I was hoping for a girl, but 3 little boys in a row so close together will be a blast. I'm way excited! Plus, I don't have to buy anything new, unless I want to, because I have all the boy stuff already. Now we just have to come up with a name. November may seem far away for you guys, but for me I can wait for a while to have 3 little boys 3 years and younger running around the house. It's going to be CRAZY! </div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-30319106206394616902009-06-29T15:55:00.001-07:002009-07-05T20:42:17.890-07:00Happy Birthday Seth! Big 3!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355185166106865362" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWgRsZnX1c2t5uiPiqErO4dHngN5Vu83ds6liMpwefvPp_EUdBUC5L29fq8q4XX5motfBBVDIUwjI9BlkKCptfdOhB-83eQz30RtrTCc5PZWHGSZfOMJSdfIeqZvg-tep37j6-5Dxw30TH/s400/012.JPG" border="0" />Well, yesterday was Seth's 3rd birthday. It was really nice. We ended up being able to see most of our families, plus some of our friends. It was such a party! I love seeing everyone and having them over. I think Seth had a great day. He loved all his presents (which were mostly from the dollar store, but they had all he wanted!). We attempted to make a spiderman cake, which turned out OK, but all that really matters was that Seth loved it. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355185157993243154" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhdasWa7Qv6QayV2DdkYo_ZMpp4aPJdcr0YfT4csXAw6r4CLT9-KrQXO-3z2WSMDjzuuiYsrH35hUUraGQep3EjpTiTkFRGxt3Cyys0-rzBOZ4yAIHXeE1oXjVJ_x3W6nGUv8FGGXqeypfe/s400/010.JPG" border="0" /> <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355185173876315970" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgp4b3dflkHW9lRMiizxuZO42qAeB2M9k8QH9Dan3nex0VlsXjePk8W236stOfKSasBeB9jdt9YICooWsNNE9T2658d8wmzbYqAqLuhmOOCIEhrXvCn_6bppZSMVXmTbJNAFXvnfEttHCJT/s400/015.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355185174293678866" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbut0JRPJ7HqNwjBDjKC3fliN7X_Rzklw7GDB6zX8Rh3Sl-M3tzJvDqxBcqFK-ZFeQSxQLoWTQngH-r9HHcF-aR5oBwaDgu9Ndqnok0Qmy4nn7U5quVjBBuqwhr3Wc_syaZHDXcCkAk5bx/s400/021.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>We've also had some 1 yr old naughtiness at our house lately. I always get him out first because I know Seth won't drown in the 5 minutes it takes me to dress Luke. Anyways, now I either get them both out, or shut the door until I can let the water out. He is so hilarious! <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5352887762241143186" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjli9JCho_zrC4t366opFeFr7m7fSHi54RkWeXgvSSKVNOC9sPID7HCpIN9t5u_rnAUKowLGg5I1NfXoaaxeJKTMRXS-j25irGva4lSSqJ1C6yiJI-hHEfpHiKWgD6ohYiDjCafNfOQUg9j/s400/009.JPG" border="0" />(3) He also loves his bottle and blankie. I've got to take the bottle away I know, but it's just too cute to see him draging it along with his bottle in his mouth. </div><div>Seth has been cracking me up lately. He says some pretty funny things that I know he must get from listenening to me. He calls a lot of things "creepy", and likes to pretend he's me by saying "where's my loves today?" He also just loves to dress up in any costume he can find. It's a sad day when he has to wear real clothes out in public. Finally we've come to some agreement. He won't have to wear a costume if his shirt has some sort of super hero on it. I'll have to post some pics of him in his suits. He has some that are pretty funny.<br /><div>Oh.... I almost forgot Seth's biggest accomplishment so far. Yep, we're finally potty trained! He's doing so good! I'm so proud of him everyday! It was a pretty big deal since we tried a few times without success. </div><div>We also had a great time at the 4th of July fireworks. Both of the boys loved them.....and the glow sticks. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355186767933356226" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEijrG-TIiwkV1Zhx9sQ2BgoYsd9yHVOIEANEhr-d7L5r-o-Kf7Xw5t3R6hrQKlcBxe3AfErmkArwlTaLP42ic7EaMnFeX3H4LDcaq56FzctypHI9uKuvvDQtowH94TEOIS6HM90zqP4YDbj/s400/007.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355186761146412210" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUW-jWBDp-QNlTBJgIeSC6QEQyiXqqP-h0DZ6qgdEaKgjOGm8b3xtRwKBrjxEj_Ks1XdmeBzT9CqzkbIXRilcR7_9OVjSnOHMyD9Mw-U9Y4rGv3XvMrVAZLAEG9hh-thb8Qc6FgXLzOaLV/s400/006.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-69621206288217415292009-06-01T11:14:00.000-07:002009-06-01T11:39:48.731-07:00Summer is finally here!Wow...it's been a while since my last blog. I just thought I'd catch up on all that's been going on since April. Well, first off my little bro. Jake is now married to his sweet little Ashlee. They are so cute together. Their wedding was really nice, I love weddings! They are living up in Rexburg, so we get to see them quite a bit. I think it's super fun to have some of my family up here to hang out with. Here is the only picture I have of their wedding. Sooooooooo Cute!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342430194878161874" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbm2ztOMghmfX4-6PimNF5U9i68DeSj_vhBm2-J0Ih7u5m-A4cSrotVXOX-zcJGawHO4h0D4VVy-GDvA15PUwewt9-G2L2FSCQKN-GEGfbjiPR9hQ0BlCFNPFTafV2S7H8_W5k2zYIpjnr/s400/003.JPG" border="0" />Well, our injuries have ceased for the moment. No more broken faces or legs. Luke's leg healed up really well, we left the cast on for 2 weeks, and when we took it off he only crawled the first day, but by the second day he was walking again. Thank goodness!<br /><div><div><div><div><div> </div><div>May was a pretty busy month too. We had a wedding almost every weekend to go to. Mother's Day and my 25th birthday (I know, so old) were only a day a part, and both of them were amazing. We had a nice visit to Preston, and we were able to talk Adam on the phone for a minute. It's so nice to hear his happy voice, and that he's doing well. </div><div> </div><div>We're finally getting some nice weather up here, and we have been playing outside everyday. I love the summer and the sun! One of the boys favorite things is to play in the swimming pool with the slide. Here's the boys and our little neighbor boy swimming it up!</div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342430209060887202" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6ifOi8JMgc4ZoQVrberqCwCbH0eoSg3zkSp9wL20r6ZmNZlFTPcUYXAOpOXSy7Iqdmgs-dkIgrZ1tS0eCGTySsr2lR8siUiVd4Ac8HkXGNUaNh1JOzbMIgnDg89wjTw5I3olz7aAF5GBl/s400/015.JPG" border="0" />For family night the other night we decided to go to the green belt and feed the ducks and geese. Seth absolutely loved it. He used up all the bread, you can see what Luke was doing the whole time. It was a little too late for him. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342430197506359858" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9-0zDtl_0R2TrWlbcG1pLBDv26l4i9WECGyEdb88hHYqavNb6k9lTkgwlBEaKYlhoisQc8B1pKMughoBnOP7Jd0OIFq2cv42CBV8yjkFDjax_ju_qUTQifrbo0YOXJRrIB6TvrHWB0ggB/s400/008.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342430200092186882" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoJ0s8NpTbucyStkzn3LIT-5ruJYHaK4QKuTGG2OJYQrohJKIUKorpWVLbPwlM6GL8SI8Ss9ZtkKXMPhhubJsQB_iQKgNRBO1U-gPCS28DYjJ361uL3jPOBltr3563jqW8cxAaiZWcRY2H/s400/007.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342430204450885650" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXIjBM6uOu_Iu8l1xtlpry6STHznuO5CdajuR9sneaWA3DjwJQByVTVixXf6p-fzKKohuH9v1rjq0bW5W3Q9JPBQhRPNpSHdPl26ORgeSDoBXbTzhwbUvQgtqB7AFcpjiYgwcxQNrTN4qQ/s400/011.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-71906906323208978732009-04-15T12:32:00.000-07:002009-04-15T13:37:57.505-07:00The worst week ever<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdrPmUpChgHuFokzYCa5GSG9qXVmd2I0R0TULPQAtYD5WviAVZ-0NALRZIv4TboDoQN2QB3JsqVAo9_exss9YA1LCo_v0VnHyKOBaXUP25VHpbMKKmYWl1NxqLtVnTF6aW8Aboxkxo-0VR/s1600-h/scan0006.jpg"></a>Well, you probably thought that after my last blog things probably couldn't get much worse. I'm here to say they most certainly can. Well, I was so excited because the boys and I were going to spend the week at my family's in Preston because Brad was going to Arizona for some classes. Anyways, we had a nice Sunday afternoon there, and Monday had it's ups and downs. Our one fun thing on Monday was going to lunch with one of my old friends Susannah. It's always nice to see some of my old friends. Well Monday concluded with Seth spraying tile cleaner (mostly bleach) all over my mom and dad's new house. We ended up being able to save the carpet, but it was pretty scary. Tuesday was by far the worst. My mom sometimes subs on the playground at the elementary, so we decided to go and visit her, and let the kids play a little. Well, Kadee wasn't out for recess yet, and a couple of kids asked if they could take the kids down the slides. They were some of the older kids so I said they could, plus I was watching them from below. Well, Seth decided that he wanted to go down the biggest, fastest slide. He changed his mind right at the top, so I was following him to the steps. When I turned around, one of the little girls was taking Luke down that same slide. When they came to the bottom Luke was absolutely screaming. The little girl said he must be scared, but he usually stops crying pretty quickly even if he gets hurt. Anyways, I asked the little girl if maybe his foot or leg got twisted and she said it did. We decided to leave and go take it easy since it was close to nap time. Luke cried the whole way home until I was able to get him down for his nap. My mom got home while he was still sleeping, and we decided to take him to the doctor. The doctor checked him out and decided we should get an X-ray just to make sure. I bawled. I can't take it when my kids are hurt. Especially when they're so little. Well, the X-ray showed that there might be a hairline fracture on his upper leg, a little above the knee. The doctor put a giant temporary cast on him, and later our pediatrition said to leave that cast on for a few weeks, because he could tell that his leg was definately hurt. So Luke's just lugging around his cast now. He can't walk on it, but that doesn't stop him from trying. He's so cute, but it just about breaks my heart to see him dragging his leg around in a big ol' cast. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325011989365378802" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjN2pkX29TiPyjNhVqG3oZYjM3co4k4tcCyoyF9pEDewhMUyUG07vWwKwLupHuRr36rN7D3nroKmcJyCw2tun19hyIFB8RKgEjLQeo4mxSTliHbp7wSh1XLP0I3XYmQfSyubAInPKNPZEHY/s400/005.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325011981803886082" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcpzgDCbWdi-vz-sw5LCgOLe3A6UXCRF9ACXnj-0tv1_So_K4TzUxbWGTpNuFHEiHqMInRR_6USVqVAQaz-IFIqjI30JmqwKFDOGKdTtvfBFpto4NHMTNQnoc0Ixc8Nx_7noxXFq5PlSKY/s400/007.JPG" border="0" />Wednesday was a sad day at the Higley's as well. We got a call from the school saying that Kadee had had an accident at the school. Turns out that her and a little boy ran right into each other, and she broke off part of her front tooth. She also gave the little boy a black eye. I told her that's not how you're supposed to kiss boys....she didn't think I was very funny. </div><br /><div>That night we all kept singing that this was "the worst week ever", and that the rest of the family better watch out. </div><br /><div>Saturday was Jr. Miss, Ashlee did GREAT! She is such a cutie. I love watching those sort of things. She didn't win anything, but she still looked gorgeous and did an excellent job in all her groups. </div><br /><div>Jake is super psyched! Only 2 1/2 more days until he gets married. I'll have to post some pictures when we get back. I love weddings! Him and Ashlee are so stinkin' cute! I love newley weds, they're so sweet. </div><br /><div>Well, we also got our family pictures done a couple weeks ago. My favorite one is of both the boys.<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325011993499882498" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 283px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsYpqhqo4RMPLr6Yz0L27tXEE3iGxO-2fpWXM2tyx-dRznNQYs5xteXeghekYWr_FEHHFPbeiN5rttfq_pMe12luR99VrX-pImI-tgQjcGp4KLoyuIhGSIO69nIFVnnuVyS11qdQO9u04p/s400/scan0002.jpg" border="0" /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325013088513171138" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 282px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdrAiaoZ0Fhjl7e_yWXJ9v2Rkke82OHd-cnEwxp0bMbVC4PmJsfofKxJ_L68sOTtabEGE3ZuiGnqM0vUgUZRcf9UDJlV7RKuq-dCNXfBdEXb08er2WILwrLUUJ_1yc4cExIKRUvKd0nP1x/s400/scan0008.jpg" border="0" /></div><br /><br /><div>Luke is constantly doing this funny face, so I thought I might as well get a picture of it.</div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5325012001992104834" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 281px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMX6eEDp5ARG0YGlnDlR_Hs3nTbIWpni9sG8EkEzcIRId_NlPaYJrG78MWIYrbasgsAFyOITFi5asHNLX9ADnyfwUUiWLe0T1YMLLg57vJSY18xAXprWEHu8aFR2SqRAA5Eu3fSLG7Cp99/s400/scan0005.jpg" border="0" /> Easter was a blast! It all started when I decided to go shopping for a smokin' dress for Jake's wedding. We had gone to lunch at Mc Donald's with some friends, and then we drove over to Fred Meyer. It was getting to be nap time, but I figured the boys would survive a few minutes of shopping. I was way wrong.<br />I found some cute dresses and was trying them on in the dressing room, and Seth kinda lost it. He was mad at me because I said I wasn't going to buy him the Batman that he was holding onto. He started to open the package, so I picked my dress and left Batman in the dressing room so we could just buy our stuff and leave. As I was pulling out of the dressing room Seth leaned over the cart reaching for Batman and fell out right onto his face. I couldn't reach him in time because the cart was in the way. I could hear his face smashing into the floor, but I just couldn't get to him fast enough. It was so Awful! I hurried and picked him up and ran him to the nearest desk. He was bleeding from his mouth and nose, and just screaming. Luke was also crying, and I was just bawling.<br />Brad and I ended up taking him into our pediatrition, and he said he should be fine. He also said he'll look worse than he feels, and I sure hope so because his face looks so sore. He says he has a scary eye now. He's doing fine today, he's acting like himself, and wants to me to play with him and his new Batman. He hasn't thrown up yet, so I'm hoping he didn't get a concusion. He has been playing with his new Batman nonstop (I ended up buying it because I felt so stinkin bad). It was such a horrible day, but I'm just glad he's OK. He ended up with a huge bonk on his forehead, a black eye so puffy he can bearly open it, a sore nose, bloodied teeth, and a little bonk on his chin. What a trooper!<br /><br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Here is another picture of our little bashed up boy. :(<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312710651576282722" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-xWz5PUS3e0dFQ1KPNFa8PdYh5xasqhFtRVQPr7giaY5SAqV0fpPsrme4JYpdF6dPAQru4-9Uh_gWk7WRM2oo_8eL0lwEwEX7X6Fl3JD9YLaqFB3GZfGgG5cUpwpQFOMte4kNpRHVU8yW/s400/075.JPG" border="0" /></div><div>Here are a few other pics I took of the boys being handsom before church.</div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312711682883930690" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3KsX2UQ7KGdWI3e7pqV0u9f-DwULrwFzgp74te3gVYJqQIs450EyFwpZepqUipWoINRywbbmpAYCK7EDHHtWPxfSoqc9uPYt9XfD0alC-c643ZZLF1dl9nrUvo0_qN6-N6kpgLnLqbaW4/s400/068.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312711671557017138" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEeC1FEyemfNOxUXvgTvqMxtF8kgiMdTLtnaLzNk3ZkT49GGKSP7Vzp7TCgL_z3q4v3q3CwNQmCgOIfmZjaff3uQgo3jvzv4WcijNTiEUfe2zgNeaRGuffC3rNG0Wz-NoOEuaFUoiD9mMN/s400/071.JPG" border="0" />Here's Seth being Spiderman, and Luke getting in the fridge (one of his favorite things.)<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312712714928530530" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoUIDjUl5HG5PtF8sbOX6EasLTna-pGhwllr5c4AJSe7v1Dr2NyDSCuZYUhWchJ_YaHh3G2_kghI1DhMVHWzFg3OIY4a2CkO_5-oQhn4O3-5A2jRmeOdaWhl_mzX_LirWjaIqtDBhT1pUd/s400/060.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312712710099190946" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgHpzFVFmB_in2IcSDPJUn7eXDT49HJbOQpjv5RdIp_6I-DnXKcfd2WI-EaTyohQ5nlGAZougNPqsqanXIilBqmfrqU4FS7Hl8nSuW2LJ0oYuB5tv4y7mid5VODDVO6xRjT0uYTrpgT-usA/s400/059.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312712702801756946" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj18Sp8l2911o77Q8ypCARq7ZJ0cuoiQxDwxFaCZH4SUAoKNR9dggm5lOV-Wdu_OzQ-ybcbBAYtGKz6mPQ3K6NzkydHuTgv3QfQyZHn8dstxebZc2V31_roHmul6EP1hyphenhyphenB1gQ6wHW1lPyml/s400/053.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312712694472918034" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhAwGZk4yVhgXbJocNDXrH2d2VMi2aceUqYeCuYqTWa1-1XHUoQL5s2I75fJIwDF5UvyJDKA0yqjHjQL3hz6n_Iyw3146sPHV1dTwCtGd-N15Hs7Vy6jEEREwCyEp6Q7L6V00Bvj99odMI8/s400/055.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-50996285415171080622009-02-19T15:52:00.000-08:002009-02-19T16:53:10.132-08:00Happy 1st Birthday Luke!!!<div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMcXl2c1hyjhPkIIh4YdtwoI2kkzQx3CX6tY1Hza8FzOrBILhXugB3SJfArQP5GJaFMC51JkDBBmiJwVu6dH_6HViRrO-F5ngNgusyKKXqnOC7BdtTn9FhsQTvMwFa6IMdMUpSLqDxQ-z0/s1600-h/020.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304667248543572866" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMcXl2c1hyjhPkIIh4YdtwoI2kkzQx3CX6tY1Hza8FzOrBILhXugB3SJfArQP5GJaFMC51JkDBBmiJwVu6dH_6HViRrO-F5ngNgusyKKXqnOC7BdtTn9FhsQTvMwFa6IMdMUpSLqDxQ-z0/s320/020.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVm-v0cLPebm8UHicED8NH1B-EwpiV4bGe_56I4LsmDInBfDmiUjlcAl1zty5ZUo6i5Ct1-eFAx8BJ-lUo_vpUPzCl_0efIQUpVESHU_laNTaekq2UPtvqtVpMH3zbavm52xCLPSYq_Sg1/s1600-h/019.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304666831152507426" style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVm-v0cLPebm8UHicED8NH1B-EwpiV4bGe_56I4LsmDInBfDmiUjlcAl1zty5ZUo6i5Ct1-eFAx8BJ-lUo_vpUPzCl_0efIQUpVESHU_laNTaekq2UPtvqtVpMH3zbavm52xCLPSYq_Sg1/s320/019.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><div></div><div> </div><div>February 16th was my baby's 1st birthday! I can't believe that he is one already. He is such a blessing in our family. I sang "happy birthday" to him all day long, and he loved it! I wanted to try and make his birthday cake awesome, but I'm not that great at stuff like that, so I ended up making cupcakes with fishes on them. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304664092286321026" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUTw97bmg5FvgIJHjhbTEbFl6-rYGC5vL1Qiocc4ZNgEKbt6PcUgBmCNtcdOCI-0HagECdhZ_tLZHxE9NQnNqDjsK9qK2oK6bct3x_uZuJ_8s4VykxA0zIYyw-22Bb5aIdrcqMDNhuWjmx/s320/002.JPG" border="0" />Luke had a great time helping me. Everytime I would get a fish cut out he'd grab it and try to eat it. He also enjoyed his cupcake very much. He ate the whole thing! <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304665307159507762" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgiwJ1YrdgQ4_ct4oLqe5KXOByAg9WdDqeeGki6LPBuhlw4MiBrBttYMXvDxUITJzqV1eKTko5dbvPRwofSeHGbD-3gKDOI0KG9Az98tTlGUVv6Xj7WasPOlDYfNpMtc_noQGL2gWljDdG9/s320/016.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304664756527893026" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggWMal9wvegVTsCWptyQGYXQFIC4NXWbP5xwjz44Q3NL8sCf1E2uZ4L5IZ6KzuXzXDGuHYiGBolscMfgOw0viEqqDU1aKcNJcqej2PmUNaRQrz9xpqnePVmpZohDLH20ImHyCXsHMbRTVl/s320/013.JPG" border="0" />Later we had Brad's family come over to have cupcakes and open presents. It was a blast!!! Luke was more entertained by the bows and wrapping paper than the presents, but all the kids had a great time opening his presents for him. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304664094207411266" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfHT0bsBryYV2Nq2C635W6766pPuxxTq-Pp-RKGb-B8_qYREfFfy0jrmkDaFuBGzPnUh9jhwSw3c-KVB-RbjqSWhQgpLBQJ_dv91nuXgkak32z15GCBu-hz_Lv6ccKyaJaoRM5NYddvX0b/s320/003.JPG" border="0" />Seth loved all of Luke's new toys. He's been playing with them nonstop since Monday.<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>I am so grateful to have both of my boys. I love them so much! </div><div>Other exciting news is that Luke is now walking! He's getting so big! Brad is trying out a new business deal while the weather is still too cold for concrete. He seems to enjoy it, so I'm way excited for him. I'm just getting over a massive infection. I had a huge abcess on the tissue over my breast bone, and had to get it drained yesterday. It was no fun, but today it's feeling much better. The doctor said it's probably a staff infection, but we'll have to wait and see when the culture comes back. That was pretty graphic, sorry, but that's about as exciting as I ever get. </div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5304675950484168514" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 309px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 400px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgEa4VtqpsW8wv20E6RvW4TCU9vftT0uTsTmXzp7TrpijbiWflvXPgbL5KSTEE4hoW-BEuLM0lUr1WS4kMUmodAMmF7Jv7aMQypzMyv6YkB09Cr0Edq5Ufz6CSlMNZGEebh2PQ_h_xSiIO6/s400/scan0001.jpg" border="0" />Just a little update on my family. My brother Jake is getting married in April to Ashlee Burbank from Preston. They are so stinkin' cute! I love weddings, so I'm way excited. Adam is serving his mission in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is loving it! The weather is great, and the people are so nice. Ashlee is getting ready to do Jr. Miss. She just got some gorgeous dresses (or at least that's what I've been told, since I haven't seen them). Ami is a freshman in High School now, and she's loving every minute of it. She played soccer this last fall, and loved it! My little buddy Kadee is doing great! She has Amber (Burns) husband as a teacher, and she thinks he's awesome. Everyone is growing up so fast. I'm just getting older. I had a sad awakening the other day while I was visiting my family in Preston. We went to a boys basketball game to listen to Ashlee sing the National Anthem with the choir, and while I was walking in with my dad and sisters, the lady taking money asked if I was part of their family. It was so sad. I am now the daughter that is too old to remember. Nobody even knows who I am when I go home. Well, that's my sad...I'm getting so old story.<br /><div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-53413470197682218882009-02-10T17:23:00.000-08:002009-02-10T17:50:48.162-08:00Partners in CrimeWell, it's been awhile since my last blog, so I thought I'd hurry and post one. We haven't been up to anything too exciting, it's been so stinkin' cold that we've had to make our own fun for the past little while. I let the kids get dressed up about everyday, because they love it so much. Plus I think it's a blast when Seth walks around all day referring to himself as "batman" or "buzz lightyear". Here's the boys as batman and the flash. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301350145467191442" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIX2U6tZPhK__NpRsDth2Z55q78FCfF8iYcx_6mOpe4ebPnpmX6w4fh9QkU5goAZsAwJCuyhaLbAnQWKoPkh2EipOqCCjWRRJXaatudEQ4nteKF7xUtbKDoG6qqWEwcQ0OEGHJJqKfDgXN/s320/002.JPG" border="0" />They keep pretty busy by messing up as they go. They've started being partners in crime when it comes to making messes. Once I get one room cleaned, they run in to it and pull things off the shelves, and toys from the toy box. Seth thinks it is his job to destroy every bed that's been made. He loves to pull off all the pillows and throw them onto the floor. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301350150272280498" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1HcoyickM-v04n1hdCKyomZTK0zWLlf5iXnTCchoAZQqLocd5VUHrQMKbF1LspfG1QG1xtRbipeOIjPQ_IUlywrRVFBiromqgWWRvz-UL-H7rgCJXTKu5hMilUTx9mogDzuFGgcOaenO3/s320/009.JPG" border="0" />Luke loves the cupboards. He will pull anything he can out of them. The other day I was doing the dishes while he was messing in the cupboard, and when I looked back, I couldn't see him. I looked around and saw that he had climbed into the cupboard and was sitting in the back of it. Here's a picture of the little crazy man. Luke is also pretty much walking now. He can move pretty far without using anything to hold onto now. They are maniacs, but we love them! <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301350138015493698" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiq2-qK3TH8lJx2tU_AO9HNny41VdverWmRZkj4o0jYXrBy3iU9CpTSc9JyZDXDprfihVUg6IEhdAbux8htU2cKjCv_9NIwQ_2QjQchuDflUhKV4ZcLVxYPqlj_lgBmtEN7C74xr5QKpS5Z/s320/013.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301350140325269666" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikxXnFwi4vciPijH98xRHO7je9r77P0l1tUzpke0t4uGk5ptIlVYI_CkKgWQ3jmFI8mfPXTtnY8Jw7DBnPcYvDNDYg0nNRRwswUD6PblRxZ3qMEM5CvtSLeROqnEx_hHDpaQXBKPTw1GJd/s320/012.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-91546462153206010892009-01-08T13:38:00.000-08:002009-01-08T15:22:46.712-08:00Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year<div><div><div>Well, Christmas has always been my favorite time of year, and it just keeps getting better! This year was so fun. Seth loved opening the presents, he kept getting more and more and asking, "what's inside?" while he was opening them. We spent Sunday thru Christmas morning down in Preston, then hauled our way to Rigby. It took us nearly 3 1/2 hours to make a usually 2 hour trip. Anyways, after opening presents and eating a late lunch with Brad's family, we made it to our house and had our own little Christmas. Seth was in Heaven, 3 Christmas's, what more could a kid want! Luke liked it too, but he really only wanted to eat the wrapping paper. All in all it was a great day! Seth and Luke in their new pajamas with their presents. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289053834996857762" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikqgpQ7v0EU6nSaOoRPUkuQQZEyHkc4grOClK2-Q0U8cAeCndNpXy-7WSSErcs8miXIwndFOaRYZlDRFj68gDjKuttPuH2_s67O58g2gvXhAiVIXPEGJT6F4EpN1hOzHCtz4g_BndmeepJ/s320/006.JPG" border="0" /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289054816190344450" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSq26ztyTwkUQ-UbQbc5ajtcmOn6N_2HMZe_Dn4jtht7qs7StYpz5_na81uo_BEhmQFv2B0mfjCpRsPk75Za1pBacn2fi65VDsD81zqxtvslS08IPzE-4zTsTRVMGog1tD0mBEXoIkPqhw/s320/005.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>So our new year has been going great as well. I know it's just started, but there's nothing to complain about, well maybe the cold weather. Here are a few pictures of the boys outside. They don't really like the cold, but we tried to brave it one day. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289058724677046498" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJx3N2pzZ89ELGrX3NC-leH7r_2oMfOQ4qbmpC5bB0K-b9RfEQJMHos7JPdRkOLZXFHW7y52n-xRvo2d2ht-nENqSYwMAiHVpjggYy7uYYRc_HDmp1woKnKft_Suq-pQ_M7pG-wUlc_U5o/s320/012.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289060120031229842" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgASNIDZGrysRsDuVHdJA9ZM9P4euEuK8AZjtG5UnjeVxuhd2ebryzreln6APiskJOH1kliq4fevTECBnyKf3t18ut6lH1-E5w4yZMs3ptPTdQrI1sY6AhNiY-qUpgn7Hd0Rx2Z0CBXfZBD/s320/015.JPG" border="0" />Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-60769435820165419952008-11-28T19:11:00.000-08:002008-11-30T14:58:35.996-08:00The Many Faces of Seth and LukeHappy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope everyones holiday went well. We had such a nice time staying in Rigby for Thanksgiving this year with Brad's family. I am so thankful for all that I have. My sweet husband, my two amazing little boys, and wonderful family and friends. All three of my boys are so sweet and I love them all! Here's all three of them playing in Seth's bed.<br /><div><div><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCJBqmXvnuGr6mmvWJ9t8ZdAvue3l3pUKko-M1FbZoldeVOBuHsyZcpr8EP-OfZWWtTb_Hg1D5_SCmlIXDZ50aw88bregBrI4P0Kkj2kSEVabPSV8mBJVjlP1W2qqDn2zl0cWY9UQVYHe-/s1600-h/001.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273938512631943682" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCJBqmXvnuGr6mmvWJ9t8ZdAvue3l3pUKko-M1FbZoldeVOBuHsyZcpr8EP-OfZWWtTb_Hg1D5_SCmlIXDZ50aw88bregBrI4P0Kkj2kSEVabPSV8mBJVjlP1W2qqDn2zl0cWY9UQVYHe-/s200/001.JPG" border="0" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3wXHas8-s4d5m8Z7qP39JWVTfVk-yBU6L5Jjx5gizljNck42LiAb4b-4wvHWZMunjTqMKhO5Re5i9mtbVG7FHKdxRssCFaZfDkrpfXoEuPZYTCR0kR4aHE93jTf_OJ_xgxcpyshSyz8v0/s1600-h/016.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273933550722531778" style="FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 227px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 172px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3wXHas8-s4d5m8Z7qP39JWVTfVk-yBU6L5Jjx5gizljNck42LiAb4b-4wvHWZMunjTqMKhO5Re5i9mtbVG7FHKdxRssCFaZfDkrpfXoEuPZYTCR0kR4aHE93jTf_OJ_xgxcpyshSyz8v0/s200/016.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><br /><div>I got a little excited about the holidays today after going shopping, and decided to come home and put up our Christmas decorations. Seth was my big helper today. He loved decorating the front room, but his favorite part was the Christmas tree. He loved hanging the decorations, especially the Santa Claus one. He has been taking the Santa decoration off and putting it back up all night, and he'll walk around saying, "ho ho ho merry christmas." (it's sooooo cute!) I think Luke has an ear infection, so he didn't have quite as much fun, but he loves the lights. Here is Seth being my Christmas helper.</div><br /><br /><br /><div></div><br /><br /><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273932445359184146" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDtjPUoQ1ob0bMDjhbcT1qZk4RWyKMVWckiFQulweuempgiK1izAiULyyhmf93HsERw6_sRfdvCFNHxb4LlJUJ00eaAPYeGYFAP-ngEJMsDiG9YzB42OheeL9oJBaIQOEdXvM42cm6JCpN/s200/018.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273932441478527794" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIeKfK80Yo9pxjVpseFEDTjSdKxO8e5xaWVs2o6nzGdiWTTP66_CGa-hx_zIWThasXuvrDy0_tIcZS5iKnjt1pj4_OR1ooqrwIJdVd74zNAtcf3dSYXfBCjjivG441tAcCjPvZtDieWpbr/s200/017.JPG" border="0" />I'm so excited for this Christmas! It's so fun to see Seth understanding everything more and getting excited for the Christmas tree and all the decorations. I can't wait to see how excited he'll be when he opens his presents on Christmas morning! It's taking all my self control not to buy anymore toys for the boys (because they're just so dang fun to buy for!) </div><br /><br /><br /><div>Since it's been so cold lately, we've been staying indoors a little more. Here's one of Seth's favorite things to do when we're stuck inside. This is Seth showing off all his masks. He is such a character! He loves to be a "guy" almost every day. Here he is as the Flash, Batman, and Nacho Libre. What a poser! </div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273931534618569650" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6FZbx41g7amTi07cHgZ07AlSC4VGqlVG4H-bsq1weoO4jKxKaZ8A1oS3UNvYLdMk7I9D7HeeNIe5UdsJ05f8UfNMwngWgQ8cx8RW0zgIU-u9lOopbgqhJDthjBpowSvVWFawlIjOuhPEA/s200/004.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273931543763622162" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0g6qiZ-ZczrN9_33a4BSGK6Z_KUjfR23Z9nkIeKfEu100mOJlMxW3s48jKsrl8VwwX2ktr3qBUkW6bJA87JPxM3AlqV7LOJdEAgbdg8InkQLVBqnKMaPkl3uHp31b26w1E3HKWv1N5QBR/s200/005.JPG" border="0" /> <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273931542824047026" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYuVxIp4kc18fRaYAY4RzMecDN3BSMJPOyiQO0Figt2uFeD3YZl6gPRGyzjJYIzC5uaHiiE-M-mMifReXv53Ji5GFSPYqhUqgXxhDgvv4OvtvyEUst8bxpGYBxi59SSGWyzFJs98xbV3wh/s200/006.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273931530438990242" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj483wTT6O8p4As2mhABcBo8R8meuMQZ8uFA1PGRB81J26aKx-qTb1SMqgoXS8RK6u-By-QJKvudSoOv0WwR9WcatcqDZMZU5cDoy__gjqLwi-AOAkNxrEjNhj4q9-L53buTFMwFQQ5r0x/s200/003.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br />Luke has also been showing off for us lately. He has been pulling the funniest faces. My favorite is when he scrunches up his nose. He's also learned a few new tricks this past week. He can clap, wave, and stand up while holding on to things. (He's had a few bonks from the latter, but he's getting better at landing on his bum instead of his face). Here are a few cute faces that I've caught.<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273930648507545778" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiT9AGTyg_sglGeC_DdUxaP4WW9g6S0tArpsbrmfoiuhTD6GkMVWebA5YcTbQH39T93G5ZjyEjA4p2o9ttipMvt_5czHA8D7OvqVzER5JzKuX-LA86VLqJCzu3nNCen_fozVjt9n9YBG6qe/s200/021.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273930644702597730" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipgp4vMZkj1JPXdGOhlLdRd823pa52ps2CGh51fINkPOkh-6wPVUKFYRNjWLdRCcplBrBfPm1BDtKHh6IHL9BRn5wwFRAZ_9JHxnsVDa9LuMwJ_OLmgJZddJibPNMG27prtKZQjcJ_uc5n/s200/019.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5273930640089543042" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjuUkloLI4nJ3Q-yUI4nVTvHlJku5SkqYAIyYAWNF1cnv4BDVk95qDyBTsnEB7Xa7YeLO6Lq0jCQXiSdnqVSdSFEzT6sotdJ2PuqvwmGdc3OWf7wozcYvmQQXbXV3mieAnk8QjJZtEqJ8Lf/s200/002.JPG" border="0" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6443481244159842310.post-58600495586978271152008-11-07T17:05:00.000-08:002008-11-07T17:39:39.489-08:00A Boy Story<div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266094681557504002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 363px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 267px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh03CoYO3uWxGqfagYbHgVbAY2we7gpr9RLh5Di44R-cVZ4q3NFSmX8ThlhB2rasrdBIapTdl_g7C6F9kdXR2yPNUE7WwuZeLh9T8WiIyk2ki4qyzFfOV24WpNt0ag7tDQjuaau-oqIxfPt/s320/halloween2.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div>Wow! What a weekend! We started off our festivities on Thursday by dressing up and going to Melaluca to trick or treat. I guess they put on a big trick or treating bash in there office every year ( it's supposed to be for the employees and their families, but way more people go than that). They did a great job! Every cubicle was decorated and they had themes for each department, and it must be manditory for the employees to dress up, because everyone was decked out for their area. Some were really fun like the Peter Pan one, but some (like the Star Wars one) were a little too scary for Seth. I pretty much carried Seth while I pushed Luke in the stroller, but it was pretty fun. We went with some of our friends and got a ton of candy. It was way fun to see all the kids we play with in their costumes. </div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5266094676062355026" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnT1HhyKFJaNSPQyLnHYmBkiCR14XMKZ5eE9ZVz2GqJ5w8wO-hZJOjJlSLqnpRlEb6rq9aUdx6WHFGYN3H4kjiEH6eZZ29HgEorG4bGJu8KeJX4UAt5-3Es4SkbldniYqR8PCqq9nXYVcl/s320/halloween1.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div>On Halloween we got all dressed up around 3:00. Seth was Buzz Lightyear, and Luke was Woody. They turned out pretty cute, but I only had room on my camera for two pictures, and we took them after they went trick or treating, so they were pretty tired. Anyways, we went to see Grandma Lee Ann at the bank, and then went to our cousins house to see their costumes. After a quick visit with the fam we tried to make it to the trunk or treat, but we were too late. So we started trick or treating early with our neighbor (Grandma Wood). It was the perfect night for trick or treating, it was so warm that I just brought a blanket along in the stroller, and we were able to go around most of our subdivion. Seth picked up on the whole "trick or treat" thing pretty quick, and he thought it was great that everybody was giving him treats. We cut through one of our friends yard when it started getting dark, because we already had a ton of candy, and Luke fell asleep. When we got home we took off one more time to go trick or treating at Grandma Lee Ann's house. When we finally came home we all crashed. <span style="font-family:arial;">What a fun Halloween!!!</span> </div></div>Christensenfamilyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05623598872963572768noreply@blogger.com6
